The Quote-A-Day Team asked readers yesterday for their one-word sermon and we got hundreds of great responses! Love ranked first with about 20% of the votes, next was Peace with about 10%, and a couple of others had about 5%, including Compassion, Hope, and Faith. Despite being busy, within a few hours, our talented Graphics specialist Jean whipped up a quick image representing our collective sermon. Check out the awesome graphic!

Many years ago, William Booth, the Salvation Army Founder, gave the best One Word Sermon. It was simply the word OTHERS. I think that just about sums up the mission of The Salvos.
