AT THE EVENT ...
-- Coordinators (that's you) show up at 9:30AM in SF.
-- Make some arrangements for tarp and some garbage bags
-- Bring extra knifes, chopping boards, big containers, plastic bags
-- Split up into: shuttle, making teams, supplies, process, packaging

-- 10AM, we start; Noon we gather for an intro, 2:30 we share stories
-- Intro should cover purpose, details, etc.
-- If necessary, we can get Pizza/soda for story swap session
